We've got Dr. L Carol Scott on the program today! Dr. Carol joined us here a couple of years ago, and we decided it was time to get together again, because the sassifesto has gotten a refresh and a new version has been released.
If you don't know Dr. Carol, stick around. She is a trauma-informed developmental psychologist, TEDx speaker, coach, and #1 International Best-Selling author. We talk about the things that happen to us between the ages of 1 and 7, and how pretty much what everyone learns about being a friend, colleague, mentor, or life partner is cooked by age 7. 7! We also talk brain science, development do-overs, and bringing back our social sanity.
